1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of the SignalDesk service operated by Cakkoo Studios, Sint peterlaan 60, 6821HJ, Netherlands (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@webtoolkits.xyz.

2. The service

SignalDesk is a content operations workspace that provides campaign briefs, content calendars, competitor tracking, and downloadable marketing assets. Details of each product, its price, and its billing period are shown on the store before you pay.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Mollie B.V. or Revolut Ltd. We never see or store your full card details.

Digital products and subscriptions are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. Your bank or payment statement may show the merchant name Cakkoo Studios.

4. Trials and auto-renewing subscriptions

The 3-day trial costs EUR 2.00. After 3 days it automatically converts to SignalDesk Core at EUR 29.99 per month unless you cancel before the renewal date. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from your account area or by contacting support@webtoolkits.xyz. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current billing period.

5. Refunds and withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for paid services under EU consumer law. For digital content that is supplied with your consent and can be used immediately, you agree that the right of withdrawal is lost as soon as delivery begins. Our refund policy is described on our refund page.

6. Your obligations

You agree to provide accurate information at checkout and to use the service lawfully. You must not resell, redistribute, or share your account or downloaded assets unless the product description explicitly allows it.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where required, by email. We may suspend access if you breach these terms, in which case you will not be charged again.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
