2. What we collect

When you use the store or workspace we collect:

  • Name, email address, and a chosen username/identifier
  • Payment status information (processed by Mollie or Revolut — we never store card numbers)
  • Content you create inside your workspace (briefs, calendar items, scorecards)
  • Technical data such as IP address and browser type

3. Legal basis and purpose

We process your data to provide the service you requested (performance of the contract), to handle payments, and to meet legal obligations (such as tax and anti-fraud rules). Where we use cookies or analytics, we rely on your consent where required.

4. Payment processors

Payments are handled by Mollie B.V. (Amsterdam, Netherlands) and Revolut Ltd. These providers receive the information needed to complete your payment and are independent data controllers. See their privacy policies for details on how they process your data.

5. Retention

We keep order and payment records for as long as required by tax law (7 years). Account and workspace data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access a copy of your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies required for authentication and checkout to function. We do not sell your personal data.
