1. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from the day you place your order to withdraw from a paid service without giving a reason (“cooling-off period”).

However, for digital content that is supplied electronically and can be used immediately (for example downloadable assets), you agree at checkout that delivery starts immediately and that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal once the download or access is made available to you.

2. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not refund the current billing period. To cancel, contact support@webtoolkits.xyz or use the cancellation option in your account area.

3. Faulty or undelivered orders

If you did not receive access to what you paid for, or the product does not match its description, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will investigate and, where appropriate, refund within 14 days of approval.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@webtoolkits.xyz with:

• The order or payment reference
• The email address used at checkout
• A short description of the issue

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The merchant of record is Cakkoo Studios, Sint peterlaan 60, 6821HJ, Netherlands.
